  • In previous years, we held one full-day general session. This has now changed. In 2018, general session topics will be split into two days. Content will be presented on Tuesday and Wednesday.
  • To obtain your training re-certification, you need to attend sessions on all 3 days instead of 2 days, as in the past.

    DocuWorld 2018 (Tuesday and Wednesday Mornings)
    All stakeholders from owners and/or C-level personnel to product managers, sales and technical personnel will gain first-access knowledge, insight, and ideas by attending the general sessions which will take place on Tuesday and Wednesday mornings.
    Topics covered will include: strategies to increase sales, DocuWare Cloud business and funding, customer testimonials, DocuWare brand news, a DocuWare Product Roadmap, and a message from our President on the future of our industry.


    Re-certification Trainings
  • Important note on training -- please note that this is a 3-day re-certification training -- to receive your re-certification, you must attend all 3 training days – May 8-10. Trainings end at 11:30 a.m. on May 10. Plan your flights accordingly. An early departure will forfeit your re-certification, no exceptions will be made.
  • Spanish trainings – back by popular demand, 2018 will feature one dedicated classroom for Spanish DAC (Sales) training and one for Spanish DSC (Technical). All subjects below will be covered in these rooms.

    There is no registration fee for Partners to attend DocuWorld and/or the re-certification training.

    Keeping your customers upgraded to the latest technology keeps their business moving forward and keeps you relevant to their success. This session will cover upgrade paths, challenge and solutions, and best practices for a smooth transition from versions of 6.x to 7.

    Troubleshooting
    Some DSCs find troubleshooting a bit challenging while others like the challenge of finding the solution. Either way, we are here to help. In this session you'll gain a host of knowledge in topics such as performance, database tuning and all things related to the log.

    DocuWare Forms is now one of the bestselling modules which makes it one that you need to know inside and out. This session will give you hands on training on how to create popular merge forms such as an I9 and W2.

    Workflow VB Scripting
    Getting the workflow implementation right will make for a smooth rollout. Get ready to get your hands dirty with this one.
