Our certification program

You’ll get all the education you need to start (and continue) selling DocuWare solutions — with refreshers and updates, as needed:
  • Self-study online training courses — eLearnings — so you can study when and where you want and at your own pace.
  • Intensive classroom training, so you can acquire solid sales and product knowledge as you interact with DocuWare experts.
  • Regular training courses, workshops and Webinars on the latest topics, product enhancements and new content, so you can more easily anticipate and respond to customer needs.
  • FREE attendance at DocuWorld, where you can learn more about all the new products/features available to your customers… get recertified … network with fellow Partners… and have a great time in the process!

You’ll hit the ground running, fully prepared to immediately apply your new knowledge.

At least one employee will train to become a DocuWare Application Consultant (DAC) for the sales process from acquisition through account management and a DocuWare System Consultant (DSC) for technical consulting, installation and maintenance.

Our Professional Services Department will help you with your initial installations as well as with the technical aspects of more complex projects; our Regional Sales Directors (RSDs) will guide you through your first projects from a sales perspective.

And we’ll be available to help you accumulate project and configuration knowledge and experience as you solo, helping you to implement what you’ve learned.
