DSC BASE Training 2010 (English)
This course will prepare the participant to be able to design DocuWare solutions. After completing this course, the participant will be able to successfully install DocuWare and maintain existing DocuWare installations.
Target group:
Technical and Systems Administrator personnel of Authorized DocuWare Partners
Pre-requisites:
Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows Environment.
 
Basic understanding of Relation Databases (RDBMS)
 
Successful completion of all eLearning Exams except Solution Finder
 
Notebook with:
 
VMWare Workstation (not VirtualPC)
 
about 10 GB of free hard disk space
 
about 2 GB of RAM
Goal:
Become acquainted with the DocuWare product suite and its possible uses.
 
Gain the skills to analyze a customer's needs and offer solutions.
 
Install and support a customer's DocuWare system.

You are officially registered for the class. This registration is binding; cancellations within 2 weeks of your registered course are subject to a cancelation fee of 50% of training charge.
If you fail to appear at the training without cancelation, a cancelation fee of 100% of training charge will be invoiced.
