ProALPHA proALPHA The proALPHA Group is an internationally operating business service provider. This software package not only covers the typical ERP functions like logistics and finance/accounting, it also supports companies with other areas such as Customer Relationship Management (CRM) or Supply Chain Management (SCM).

Thanks to our DocuWare and proALPHA integration, the entire payment process has become very transparent. In 2007, we introduced the proALPHA ERP system and connected it with the central document pool. Index data such as invoice number and contents of a digital account stamp are now automatically captured from AP invoices and then either enhanced or changed with the help of the ERP system. In addition, all outgoing documents like accounts receivable invoices and credits, are stored fully automatically in DocuWare. As a next step, we incorporated proposals, order confirmations and digitized delivery slips into the process to provide Sales, Purchasing and management with more complete information. They are now able to see the entire sales process in detail – from the first proposal to the last invoice – with the help of these electronically archived records. In recent years our employees grew from 29 to 300. Thanks to electronic document management, we were able to handle our rapid growth yet maintain our administrative staffing costs.
