Orchard Information S.L. has long-term experience in delivering IT solutions which underpin every aspect of Housing Management. Their solutions portfolio covers the business requirements of organizations – from small Registered Social Landlords to larger group structured organizations and Local Authorities.
Mosscare Housing Ltd, Manchester - Marilyn Evans, ICT Manager: Filing away copies of documents is now a thing of the past. Mosscare’s staff can access DocuWare file cabinets directly out of their software, arcHouse, from Orchard Information Systems. Housing Services scan all their tenant information and will shortly be rolling out a file cabinet for applicant details. In this way, all rent letters that are printed are automatically sent to DocuWare and they are also attached to their Orchard property management system, all with no user intervention. DocuWare is linked to the property management system so that all documents stored in DocuWare can be retrieved from anywhere in arcHouse as well.
