Overview of integrations - Docutec Xtract for Documents
I.R.I.S. AG Image Recognition Integrated Systems (I.R.I.S.) is a Belgian company founded in 1987 that is traded on Euronext Brussel. The company is a leader in the “document-to-knowledge” market and offers high-quality solutions for converting paper-based documents into digital formats – for archiving and organization-wide use of digital data. IRISXtract is a platform for documents to be classified and further processed in a digital mailroom.

PROWIS Automation - Dennis Rotsch, System Advisor:
With the help of Xtract for Documents software, our accounts payable invoices are scanned. The free form recognition reads the header data from the records and writes them into a CSV file. At the same time, the invoices are stored in the Docutec directory in a TIF format. As an Authorized DocuWare Partner, PROWIS developed an interface that labels the TIF files with a unique file name. Index entries are then written into a DocuWare file cabinet. Using the Docutec DocID and Docutec batch name, a unique matchcode is generated. DocuWare’s ACTIVE IMPORT module then reads all the documents made available and stores them automatically in a central document pool - complete with all index information.
