| Overview of integrations - CODA Financials |
CODA Financials (also marketed as Agresso) is an award-winning suite of web-based financial management software designed to integrate with industry and company-specific applications for financial visibility and control, across people, processes and systems. Real-time information is compiled into a comprehensive transaction book for in-depth reports and analysis. CODA manages information centrally, but still provides a high level of flexibility. This allows companies, for example, to incorporate the accounting structures of different international subsidiaries. The application is ideal for both decentralized organizations as well as the shared services of headquarters.
IKEA Austria - Rudolf Bubich, Accounting Director : Our employees work with large monitors. On one half, they display CODA Financials, which is used worldwide by IKEA; on the other half, they run DocuWare. At 25 workstations, the Accounting Department is able to book information directly on the monitor, easily and seamlessly. With the help of transaction logs, everyone can see who is working with what invoice. Using barcodes, each invoice has a unique ID which helps DocuWare capture the associated data from CODA Financials to automatically index and store the invoices in the system.
By electronically archiving our documents, we were able to reduce our storage costs by more than 90 percent. It’s simple use and the constant access to all invoices saves us a lot of time and money. The quick adoption of DocuWare by our employees in a variety of departments such as Sales, Human Resources and Accounting, further confirmed that we made the right decision in choosing DocuWare.
